• The post holder leads operational service delivery of Radiology and provides professional support to the wider team.
• Reports to Head of Radiology; sits on senior leadership to shape radiology services and workforce.
• Owns operational delivery with modality leads, including financial, capacity and workforce plans.
• Contributes to strategic and operational Business Plan for clinical and non-clinical areas.
• Communicates clearly to staff and stakeholders, translating complex information.
