Job summary

Imperial Recruitment Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial and financial control of scaffolding contracts from award to final account. You will focus on cost planning, measurement, CVR and supplier management to protect project margins.

The role requires experience in quantity surveying within construction, strong financial analysis skills, and familiarity with NEC/JCT forms. You will work with the CCO and operations team to ensure accurate reporting and timely payments on

Qualifications

• Experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in scaffolding or construction.
• Strong numerical, financial and analytical skills to interpret cost data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate take-offs, cost estimates and pricing for scaffolding contracts.
• Produce and maintain monthly CVR reports showing cost vs value variances.
• Monitor and control site labour, plant, hire and material costs against budget.
• Measure and value completed works to support valuations and payments.
• Prepare monthly applications for payment and chase certification and payment.
• Identify variations and dayworks, ensuring timely recording and agreement.
• Process subcontractor and supplier invoices and resolve queries promptly.
