Qualifications

• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost control.
• Experience in inventory control and demand forecasting.
• Familiarity with procurement policies and MS Excel for analytics.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement in purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process to ensure timely supply.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best terms.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Forecast demand with operations and maintain stock levels.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives and ensure value for money.
• Develop procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor purchasing KPIs and report on performance.
• Lead, support, and develop purchasing team members where applicable.
