• Experience in UK Public Procurement Law and end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Ability to translate procurement legislation into practical advice for stakeholders.
• Experience supporting or leading competitive tendering and procurement exercises.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert procurement advice across public-sector services and projects.
• Lead end-to-end procurement activities from requirements to evaluation and award.
• Develop robust procurement documentation and evaluation models.
• Ensure compliance with UK procurement regulations and Contract Standing Orders.
• Manage multiple procurement projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
