Constellia Limited is seeking a Procurement Business Partner to manage a portfolio of 15-20 client accounts within the public sector. You will act as a trusted procurement partner and primary contact, building strong relationships with client stakeholders and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 15-20 client accounts.
• Act as trusted procurement partner and main client contact.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and procurement teams.
• Understand clients' priorities, budgets and future requirements.
• Develop forward procurement pipelines and opportunities.
• Lead complex procurement projects and competitions.
• Conduct regular client reviews and pipeline planning sessions.
• Collaborate with Operational Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Legal and Finance.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand usage of Constellia's services.
• Maintain knowledge of public sector procurement legislation and best practices.
