Recruitment Revolution is seeking an exceptionally organised Strategic Projects & Operations Manager to join as the trusted operational right hand to the founder across a growing business group in the construction training and certification space.
You will translate priorities into practical plans, coordinate internal and external teams, and maintain momentum through disciplined planning, regular reviews and clear action tracking.
Entrepreneurial Operating System - Implementer.
Are you the person who brings structure to a busy business, anticipates what needs doing and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks?
The person who knows exactly which projects are moving, what's outstanding, who's responsible and what needs attention next?
You enjoy working alongside entrepreneurial leaders, but your real strength lies in taking their ideas and priorities and turning them into clear plans, organised people, visible progress and completed outcomes.
We're looking for an exceptionally organised, commercially aware Strategic Projects & Operations Manager to become the trusted operational right hand to the founder of an established and growing business group.
This isn't a role for someone who simply enjoys coming up with ideas.
It's for someone who loves creating order, driving accountability and making things happen.

Established Founder-Led Business Small Team Multiple Business Projects
Our client is an established and successful business group in the construction training and certification industry, led by an entrepreneurial founder with ambitious plans for continued development.
Alongside its existing operations, the group is exploring opportunities to improve processes, introduce technology, develop new services and deliver commercially valuable projects.
The founder brings the vision, commercial ambition and direction.
What the business needs now is someone who can translate those priorities into a clear, practical delivery plan, bring the right people together and maintain the structure and momentum needed to see things through.
You’ll work closely with the founder and a small team, coordinating internal colleagues, external suppliers, contractors and specialists.
You’ll be the person who makes sure the business’s important priorities don’t remain ideas, meeting notes or unfinished projects.
When the founder identifies an opportunity or sets a new direction, you’ll establish what needs to happen, break it into manageable actions, assign responsibilities and build a realistic delivery plan.
You’ll maintain a clear overview of multiple projects, keeping information organised, monitoring progress, anticipating problems and ensuring everyone knows what’s expected.
That means creating and maintaining a disciplined operating rhythm, including forward planning, regular project reviews, clear action tracking and consistent follow‑up.
You’ll know what’s been agreed, who’s responsible, what’s outstanding and what needs escalating.
And you won’t consider a task finished simply because it’s been delegated. You’ll make sure it actually gets done.
You’ll have experience in business operations, project delivery, executive operations, implementation or a similarly hands‑on role where organisation and accountability have been central to your success.
Most importantly, you’ll be able to demonstrate how you personally organise work, manage people and deliver results.
Experience working directly with a founder, CEO or senior leadership team would be particularly valuable.
Familiarity with structured operating frameworks such as EOS, or experience establishing regular planning, KPI and accountability meetings, would also be advantageous.
You don’t need to be a software developer or technical specialist. However, you should be confident working with digital systems and managing technical implementation when required.
You’re someone who naturally thinks ahead.
You don’t wait for a deadline to discover something is missing. You’ve already checked the plan, spoken to the relevant people and identified what needs attention.
You take excellent notes, keep information organised and make sure decisions turn into action.
You know how to balance several priorities without losing important details.
You're comfortable following up, asking difficult questions and holding people to their commitments.
You don’t need constant supervision, but you know when to raise a risk or seek a decision.
And while you enjoy working in an ambitious, entrepreneurial environment, your satisfaction comes from delivering the work, not simply discussing what's possible.
You're the person a founder can trust to say:
"Leave that with me. I'll make sure it gets done."
This is an opportunity to become a trusted operational partner to an established entrepreneur and play an important role in the continued growth of a successful business.
You’ll have genuine ownership of varied projects, direct access to the founder and the opportunity to improve how the business operates.
You’ll work across operations, commercial initiatives, systems, technology and business improvement, with the backing of an established business and the variety of an entrepreneurial environment.
It's a long‑term opportunity for someone who takes pride in being organised, dependable and exceptionally good at getting things done.
If you’re the person who brings clarity, accountability and momentum to a busy business, we’d love to hear from you.
