Job summary

bunch is building the backbone of private markets with an integrated platform for fund operations, data infrastructure, and AI-powered workflows. As a senior member of the Founders' Office, you will own its highest-priority cross-functional initiatives from ideation to delivery.

You will lead multi-workstream projects across commercial, product, and operations, uncover growth opportunities, and push for strategic outcomes with senior leadership. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-velocity environments (top-tier strategy, investment banking, or high-growth startups).
• Independent and proactive—you identify what needs to happen and move it forward.
• Ability to align across functions and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical thinking with data-driven decision making.
• Experience designing end-to-end analyses and QA of outputs.
• Ability to structure recommendations with clear trade-offs and risks.
• Curiosity about new tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Fluent English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-importance strategic projects end-to-end, define problems, coordinate stakeholders, and drive delivery.
• Own cross-department initiatives across commercial, product, and operations to ensure alignment.
• Conduct opportunity assessments and identify growth areas, markets, and new products.
• Scale by running one large project with workstreams or several parallel projects.
• Identify top priorities and execute on them.
