Job summary

The University of Chester is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major strategic initiative: relocating the School of Creative Industries to Exton Park campus. You will oversee a multi-workstream project involving refurbishment, academic portfolio redesign and facilities relocation, coordinating with the Estates development team to ensure continuity and successful delivery.

You will demonstrate a proven track record in leading complex projects and organisational change from inception

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading complex projects from inception to delivery.
• Experience coordinating multi-workstream initiatives in a university or large organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead across the entire project lifecycle and across units.
• Coordinate cross-University activity with Estates development teams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and interdependencies to deliver outcomes.
• Oversee refurbishment, redevelopment, and facilities relocation.
• Drive organisational change and ensure operational continuity.
