• Must have undergraduate degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong track record of leading estates and facilities in a large, complex organisation.
• Experience developing and implementing estate strategies.
• Experience prioritising investment and optimising property and space.
• Experience leading operational services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of an estate strategy and masterplan.
• Provide strategic leadership across Estates and Campus Services portfolio.
• Lead capital investment planning and prioritise investment.
• Oversee estate rationalisation and optimisation of property and space.
• Drive sustainability and decarbonisation of the estate.
• Ensure statutory compliance and operational performance across the estate.
• Improve campus services and the experience of students, colleagues and visitors.
• Build a culture of collaboration, accountability and customer service across teams.
• Build relationships with civic and regional partners, local authorities, advisers and delivery partners.
• Ensure the estate contributes to regeneration, placemaking and regional impact.
