Job summary

Counter Terrorism Policing South East is seeking a Project Support Officer – Police Staff – Business Support. The role provides day-to-day project support to coordinate strategic initiatives, enabling operational teams to deliver effectively and keep communities safe.

You will support delivery of projects by collecting and analysing information, maintaining plans and governance records, coordinating meetings, and producing reports for management decisions. This is a full-time fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects and programmes through the collection, analysis and management of project information and data.
• Assist Project and Programme Managers in maintaining project plans, documentation and governance records.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record actions and minutes, and ensure follow-up activities are monitored and completed.
• Help identify and monitor project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating concerns where appropriate.
• Produce reports and updates that support informed decision-making at management level.
• Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders across regional policing environments.
