MBDA is offering a great opportunity within the CAMM Family to drive strategic production programmes and obsolescence work for both domestic and export markets. The role involves coordinating UK/Italy teams, managing multi-stakeholder expectations, and delivering on-time, on-cost, on-quality outcomes.

• Ability to manage complex, evolving programmes and deliverables.
• Experience coordinating multi-national teams and partners.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across operations, technical, procurement and finance.
• Commitment to professional project management qualifications and continuous development.

Responsabilités

• Deliver SPEP and associated industrialisation and production rate increases for CAMM/CAMM-ER munition production.
• Coordinate ToT activities and ensure collaborative work with MBDA UK and MBDA Italy.
• Guide cross-functional teams to meet on-time, on-cost, on-quality commitments.
• Provide ongoing direction and development support to teammates within the CAMM Family PM team.
