Job summary

Reapit, a leading estate agency technology provider, is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery. You will create project plans, liaise with internal teams, document scope, timelines and governance to pass each stage gate.

You’ll work in a busy environment, manage risks and stakeholders, mentor juniors, and drive continuous improvement. We offer a flexible policy, hybrid office pattern, and a highly competitive salary with benefits.

• Experience shaping projects using delivery frameworks.
• Strong influencing and communication skills.
• Experience delivering projects in busy environments.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of projects with governance for stage gates.
• Create project plans and coordinate internal teams for deliverables.
• Monitor risks and issues, escalating with mitigations.
• Maintain proactive RAID and ensure client requirements are met.
