SNAP is expanding its project management team in Europe. We seek a commercially focused Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with measurable value.

You will drive change and optimize processes while guiding cross-functional teams across the business. You will manage initiatives from initiation through completion, overseeing budgets, governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading medium to large projects in a commercial setting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across all levels of the business.
• Experience in fast-paced, commercially focused organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to successful completion.
• Manage scope, budgets, resources, risks, governance and reporting.
• Deliver business transformation projects creating measurable value.
• Drive process mapping and improvement using Lean/Six Sigma.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting and KPI reporting.
• Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering for delivery.
• Manage procurement activities and supplier contracts when required.
• Lead cross-functional teams and engage executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, negotiations and presentations to meet objectives.
• Coach teams to drive successful outcomes.
