Job summary

Booker is seeking a Project Manager to support and execute business change projects across our logistics network. You will work with the Business Change Manager and colleagues to deliver projects on time and within budget, including system developments, customer implementations, and compliance activities.

This role may suit someone transitioning into project management or a junior manager looking to develop further in a dynamic environment within a leading UK logistics group.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management software tools: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor and lead a project to a successful conclusion.
• Manage diverse stakeholders with strong interpersonal skills, building effective relationships.
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables with the business.
• Create and maintain project plans, identifying dependencies, critical activities and risks.
• Work under pressure, to deadline, within budget, making decisions as required.
• Utilise analytical and problem-solving skills to inform decisions.
• Tailor project updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Familiar with project management software tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Project Management principles and approaches.
• Possibility of travelling to other depot locations/customers.
