Job summary

Booker is recruiting a Project Manager to support and execute business change initiatives across the company. You will work with the Business Change Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget, including system developments, integrations and customer implementations.

This role suits someone transitioning into project management or a junior PM keen to develop. Working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with some travel to other depot locations as needed.

• Experience of Project Management software tools – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor and lead a project to a successful conclusion.
• Manage diverse stakeholders with strong interpersonal skills, building effective relationships.
• Work with the business to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project plans, identifying dependencies, critical activities and risks.
• Work under pressure, to deadline, within budget, making decisions required.
• Utilise analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Tailor project updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of project management software tools e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Project Management principles and approaches.
