Job summary

The Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust (WWT) is seeking a dedicated project lead for its Blue Recovery workstream. The role requires building strong relationships across water, construction, finance, agriculture and engineering sectors to develop impactful wetlands projects.

You will liaise between teams and support delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring successful collaboration and program outcomes. Hybrid working between home and Slimbridge, Gloucestershire.

Qualifications

• Strong project development and project management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder and partnership management experience.
• Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Drive forward the Blue Recovery workstream by developing and delivering projects.
• Support the Blue Recovery Leaders Group with ideas and proposals.
• Coordinate input across Philanthropy & Partnerships, UK Programmes and Conservation Evidence Teams.
