Stantec is seeking a visionary Project Director to lead major water sector capital projects in Yorkshire under AMP8. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, drive commercial performance, and champion health, safety and wellbeing while interfacing with key client stakeholders.

You will shape the Major Projects discipline, mentor project managers, and contribute to Stantec's growth through strong leadership, risk control, and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Seasoned leader with a track record delivering major capital projects.
• Strong understanding of design for construction and commercial outcomes.
• Experience in the water sector or consultancy is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex capital projects across AMP8 framework.
• Interface with key client stakeholders and manage risk.
• Develop people and implement commercial and risk management strategies.
