Job summary

Journey, the Multidimensional Experience Agency, seeks a Project Director to lead creative and strategic direction for digital projects and manage senior client relationships. You will partner with Lead Producer and Technical Director to deliver on vision within budget and schedule.

The role requires a track record of leading complex digital programs, strong communication with exec stakeholders, and team leadership, with a fixed-term 12-month contract and PAYE salary status.

Qualifications

• Track record of leading creative direction on complex digital projects
• Comfortable owning senior client relationships and presenting to exec-level stakeholders
• Experience line managing and growing a team
• Genuinely interested in design and in new creative technology

Responsibilities

• Sets the early-stage concept and approach, shaping the project with the client and team
• Holds the overall vision from pitch through to launch and keeps the work coherent
• Oversees quality, technical and creative objectives within budget and schedule
• Leads senior stakeholder communication on creative and strategic matters
• Owns the senior client relationship on strategy and quality
• Builds understanding of the client's business to translate goals into a project vision
• Prepares and leads key client moments: vision presentations and milestone reviews
• Maintains knowledge of technology trade-offs affecting creative ambition
• Paired with delivery leads to shape scope and estimates
• Raises changes in scope early and negotiates trade-offs
