Job summary

Dazed Media in London is seeking a Project Director for Dazed Studio to lead the delivery of 360 campaigns across brands. You will oversee internal workflows across departments, guiding planning, development, pricing, pitching and delivery of all assigned projects.

An excellent communicator, you will manage senior stakeholders and champion best practice in Project Management and Client Servicing, across the project management team.

Qualifications

• At least 5–6 years experience in an Account/Project Management role within a creative agency or studio.
• Experience delivering 360 campaigns across editorial, events, content, social, and production.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and client servicing capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and client relations at senior levels.
• Fluent communication with internal and external stakeholders and ability to influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management across the studio; ensure timely delivery meeting objectives and briefs.
• Lead client servicing, maintaining strong trusted relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Manage financials: budgets, SOWs, invoicing, and reconciliation; monitor margins and burn.
• Provide line management and growth support for 2–3 direct reports; drive performance.Approach and culture aligned with Dazed Media values.
• Collaborate with Creative Services Director and Commercial Director on strategy and client growth.
• Promote a proactive, solution-focused and collaborative studio environment.
