Job summary

You will establish robust governance, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.

This role supports a flexible, hybrid/remote working culture across Scotland and the UK, with opportunities to shape major capital projects and client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex programmes in a client-facing environment.
• Strong governance, PMO and controls understanding.
• Ability to lead matrixed multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior clients.
• Strong regional industry network and market presence.
• Commercial awareness and ability to shape client requirements.
• Proven bid and work-winning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex programmes or portfolios.
• Provide programme-level leadership across multiple projects.
• Establish and maintain robust governance, assurance and reporting.
• Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies and performance.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and delivery partners.
• Ensure delivery to scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of approaches and standards.
• Develop market presence and client relationships in the region.
• Identify opportunities and support business development.
• Lead bids, proposals and work-winning activities.
