Job summary

Sellick Partnership is supporting a public sector organisation by recruiting a Programme Manager to lead a high-profile economic growth and regeneration programme with regional and national importance. Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid). Contract: 6 months.

Rate: circa £350 per day Umbrella. You will provide overall programme management across multiple workstreams, govern risk and reporting, engage senior stakeholders, and translate research into actionable investment propositions to fund future

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing large-scale economic development, regeneration or transformational programmes.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across public and private sectors.
• Strong governance, planning and risk management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for complex stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall programme management across multiple workstreams.
• Lead programme governance, reporting, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate senior relationships with government departments, investors and regional partners.
• Manage delivery of a complex evidence and research programme to inform strategy and investment decisions.
• Support development of policy recommendations and investment propositions to secure funding.
