Job summary

Lithium3 is seeking a Programme Director for an initial 12-month contract in London to lead a major IT transformation programme. The ideal candidate has extensive experience delivering large-scale programmes (>£50m) in the insurance sector, with full life-cycle insurance tech stacks (Guidewire, Duck Creek, MuleSoft, BizTalk, webMethods, Hadoop, Teradata, Earnix, Radar, OpenText).

Strong Agile, DevOps and cloud credentials are required, with ability to engage the C-suite and coordinate

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT transformation programmes > £50m.
• Insurance industry experience with full lifecycle projects.
• Hands-on with Guidewire, Duck Creek, MuleSoft, BizTalk, webMethods, Hadoop, Teradata, Earnix, Radar & OpenText.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership and deliver change initiatives.
• Support delivery and management of technology and transformation.
• Develop sponsorship at executive level and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Drive implementation of high-impact initiatives.
• Coordinate enterprise-level systems and processes.
• Deliver clear messages to internal and external stakeholders.
• Budget and financial planning aligned with strategy.
• Ensure org design, operating structures and processes enable delivery.
• Establish risk and issue management frameworks.
