Job summary

Qualifications

• Membership of professional bodies (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent.
• Extensive delivery experience in education sector projects.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Leadership of large, diverse project teams.
• Experience with stakeholder relationships at senior level.
• Awareness of carbon and sustainability considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to deliver programmes aligned with client objectives and service excellence.
• Uphold fiscal accountability, ethical practice and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and develop diverse stakeholders to drive performance and innovation.
• Direct sub-programmes aligning to strategic objectives across people, processes, systems and tech.
• Drive performance improvements against baselines with risk management.
• Maintain strong client relationships, governance and commercial viability.
• Lead inclusive, high-performing teams delivering outcomes and sustainability.
