Job summary

A leading business education centre is seeking a Programme Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of Open Programmes. This role involves managing Senior Programme Managers, ensuring compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency. The right candidate will have significant experience leading complex programmes and strong operational skills to drive quality and efficiency. This is a full-time position located in Cambridge offering a salary in the region of £40,000 – £60,000, along with a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex programmes or service delivery teams.
• Experience managing team performance and supporting team development.
• Strong operational skills, with the ability to improve efficiency, quality, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the delivery strategy in line with Open Programmes.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for participant experience, quality, cost, and risk.
• Represent the delivery function in leadership planning and strategic workstreams.
• Manage and support Senior Programme Managers.
• Maintain accountability for timely, high-quality delivery.
