• 20+ years of IT leadership delivering large, complex programs.
• Experience with governance frameworks and financial controls for multi-million-dollar programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive sponsorship skills.
• Deep understanding of regulated trading environments and IT operations.
• Proficient in program planning, RAID management and structured delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of resource management, forecasting and P&L accountability.
• Experience with vendor consolidation and multi-supplier landscapes.
• Ability to manage cross-project dependencies and complex deliverables.
• Excellent communication and leadership in high-pressure contexts.
• Hands-on governance reporting, KPI dashboards, and IT audit compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for all client stakeholders on EPAM delivery topics; ensure clear, timely communication.
• Lead governance activities: status reports, KPI tracking, risk management and milestone alignment.
• Drive monthly governance forums and quarterly business reviews with reporting at domain and program levels.
• Own escalations end-to-end, implement corrective actions and maintain delivery stability.
• Plan, execute and control programs using the client’s delivery framework with audit trails.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, risk and benefits across the portfolio with change control.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and capability assessments for transitions into EPAM ownership.
• Lead vendor consolidation to stabilize delivery models across multi-supplier setups.
• Ensure portfolio delivery at scale with multiple concurrent initiatives and critical timelines.
• Maintain resilience in highly regulated, real-time trading environments.
