Job summary

Pets at Home is seeking a Senior leader to head Product Management and Technology Business Partnerships in a hybrid role based at Handforth, near Manchester. You will shape governance, surface opportunities, and lead the delivery of customer and colleague-focused initiatives to drive measurable value for pets and families.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across functions, guide priorities, and ensure evidence-based investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Senior leader within Product Management or Technology Business Partnerships functions.
• Experience designing demand/portfolio governance balancing strategic alignment, commercial value and feasibility.
• Strong track record of developing robust, evidence-based business cases and driving value realization.

Responsibilities

• Create and run governance framework to capture business demand and turn ideas into investment recommendations.
• Provide direction to Principal Product Owner on priorities and drive data-led decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Retail, Vets, Grooming, Insurance, Distribution, VCL and Support Office to maximise value for customers and pets.
• Lead teams through ambiguity and change, fostering resilience and continuous improvement.
