Job summary

Digital Waffle, a UK financial services client, is seeking an experienced Product Owner to bridge the business operations and an in-house engineering team so that every software delivery solves a real customer problem.

You will shape the product vision, manage the backlog, and lead Scrum ceremonies while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver measurable value and continuous improvement across squads.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in an agile software environment, ideally within financial services.
• Experience with decision-engine products and modern tech stacks.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and good UX/UI appreciation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to convert strategy into a clear product plan.
• Shape and communicate the product vision and road map.
• Prioritise backlog and act as the decision-maker on tech changes.
