PlotBox seeks a Product Manager to drive strategy and deliver impactful software for families and communities we serve. You will own the product vision from discovery to delivery and partner with engineering, sales, and customer teams.

You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, prioritise the roadmap, write user stories, and measure outcomes to guide continuous improvement. Lead market-ready innovations within a fast-evolving product.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience bringing valuable products to market.
• Customer-obsessed, data-driven problem solving and iteration.
• Strong understanding of technology with exposure to AI/ML opportunities.
• Proven collaboration with Engineering, Commercial, and other teams to deliver business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Shape the overarching product strategy and prioritise the roadmap.
• Own backlog, write user stories, and refine acceptance criteria.
• Deliver valuable working product using Agile methodologies and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to exceed expectations.
• Establish a product roadmap with fast feedback loops and manage risk.
