Job summary

Ocean Infinity in the United Kingdom is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, vision and roadmap for one or more products within our portfolio. You will be the primary bridge between leadership, engineering, and key clients, shaping how products evolve to deliver sustained competitive advantage.

The ideal candidate will bring deep product expertise, a track record of scaling products successfully, and exceptional stakeholder influence at all levels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a principal product management role or at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Demonstrated track record of leading and scaling Agile product teams across multiple concurrent products or programmes.
• Deep expertise in data-driven product decision-making, including user research, A/B testing, product analytics, and market analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Design Thinking and UX practice, with collaboration with Product Designers.
• Exceptional strategic judgement and decision-making capability, with ability to influence cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to craft compelling product narratives and visualisations for varied audiences, including C-suite.
• Outstanding analytical and systems-thinking skills to synthesize complex inputs into strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own and articulate the product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap for one or more products, securing executive alignment.
• Prioritise roadmaps across multiple teams to stay strategically aligned and refined.
• Drive stakeholder engagement at senior levels to shape product direction from insights.
• Partner with Product Designers to translate research into validated product decisions.
• Work with Design, Engineering and QA to plan and deliver increments that reach users early.
• Lead product reviews with senior stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations.
• Define scope, resources, and delivery timelines across product workstreams.
• Establish and evolve development processes and best practices across the product organisation.
• Champion quality and compliance, embedding robust testing and assurance practices.
• Communicate progress and pivots to the wider business and executive team.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of product documentation and release communications.
