Job summary

Ocean Infinity in London is seeking a Principal Product Manager to define and drive the product strategy, vision, and multi-horizon roadmap for one or more products.

You will bridge leadership, engineering, and clients, turning strategy into incremental value and delivering release-ready options early and often. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in product management, proven scale across agile teams, strong data-driven and UX capabilities, and exceptional communication with executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with principal or senior experience.
• Proven track record leading and scaling Agile product teams.
• Data-driven decisions using user research, A/B testing, analytics.
• Expertise in Design Thinking and modern UX practices.
• Strong strategic judgment and cross-functional influence.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for exec audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and articulate product vision and roadmaps across products.
• Prioritize backlogs and align roadmaps across teams.
• Engage senior stakeholders to shape product direction.
• Collaborate with Product Designers to frame problems and validate decisions.
• Work with Engineering and QA to deliver increments to users.
• Lead product reviews with executives and provide recommendations.
• Oversee scope, resources and timelines across workstreams.
• Establish product development processes and best practices across the org.
• Champion quality and compliance with testing standards.
• Present progress with data-driven insights to leadership.
• Create and maintain product documentation.
