Job summary

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, monitor supplier performance, and refine procurement processes, policies, and documentation to maintain compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable knowledge and proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Comprehensive understanding of the strategic sourcing process lifecycle and best practice methodologies.
• Strong contract negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable commercial terms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across all organisational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex procurement concepts clearly.
• Exceptional organisational abilities and time‑management skills, capable of managing multiple competing priorities.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a methodical, detail‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end procurement projects, including vendor selection, proposal analysis, contract negotiation, and commercial terms assessment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and vendor representatives, ensuring transparent communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate contract construction, negotiation, and evaluation while identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance against agreed terms, ensuring quality, delivery and cost objectives.
• Refine procurement processes, policies, and methodologies with thorough documentation to enhance efficiency and compliance.
