Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end procurement projects in public or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 and Public Contracts Regulations.
• Ability to lead tenders and category-led procurement initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of construction and building materials procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement projects from strategy to contract award.
• Develop sourcing strategies, run market analyses and ensure value-for-money contracts.
• Collaborate with operations, suppliers, legal and resident representatives to deliver value.
