Job summary

Amazon UK is seeking an AMZL Procurement Manager to lead cross-functional procurement for Delivery Stations across the South-west England region, including Exeter. You will drive end-to-end sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract governance while partnering with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver value and sustainability improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business, IT or procurement
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis
• Experience in project/contract management and stakeholder engagement
• Bachelor’s Degree with Procurement or Supply Chain focus or significant procurement experience
• CIPS accreditation is preferred

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs across sites and manage procurement projects with varying complexity and spend
• Build stakeholder relationships to ensure high service levels in scope analysis, vendor negotiation and lead times
• Use Coupa, QuickSight or similar tools for metrics, reporting and data analysis on spend, vendors and contracts
• Lead end-to-end OPEX procurement processes: needs, sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, contracting and implementation
• Create and execute contractual agreements and support CLM activities
• Manage UK-wide procurement projects, cost optmisation and sustainability initiatives
• Ensure supplier performance governance and support MBR/QBR delivery
