They are looking for a Strategic Indirect Procurement Manager to support major transformation programmes across a broad range of third-party services from technology and professional services to outsourced marketing & communication spend. You don’t need to be an expert in third-party services, as long as you bring strong indirect procurement experience and a sound understanding of how large, complex outsourced services operate, you’ll thrive here!

Working with a highly experienced Senior Procurement Manager and a collaborative global team, you’ll manage high-value sourcing projects, drive supplier performance, and shape the commercial approach to key service delivery partnerships across the UK and offshore.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead sourcing and negotiation activities across a mix of indirect categories: technology, professional services, marketing, and outsourced service delivery.
• Drive RFPs, supplier selection, commercials, KPIs and SLAs for new and existing supplier partnerships.
• Support strategic change programmes to optimise how the business delivers large-scale customer operations across UK and offshore locations.
• Build strong internal relationships with senior stakeholders across the UK, Europe, and North America.
• Design and embed supplier performance and relationship management frameworks that deliver value and mitigate risk.
• Help shape long-term category strategies that align with business transformation goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of strategic procurement experience across indirect categories such as professional services, IT, tech, marketing, media or communications.
• A strong commercial mindset and excellent negotiation skills.
• Some exposure to or understanding of outsourced service delivery, third-party management, or offshore models.
• Strong stakeholder management skills – able to engage with senior leaders with credibility and confidence.
• A proactive, ambitious mindset and genuine desire to develop your career in a strategic procurement environment.
• Comfortable working with procurement systems and supplier data to support decision-making.
