As a Strategic Procurement Manager – Food Ingredients, you will be at the heart of the business, ensuring the procurement of the highest quality raw materials and ingredients ranging from dairy, sugar, oils & fats, wheat, and flour to nuts, fruit, and other bakery ingredients. Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ingredient procurement across multiple raw material categories, ensuring quality, value, and resilience.
• Build and execute robust strategic sourcing and category management strategies across ingredients and commodities.
• Partner closely with New Product Development (NPD) teams to bring innovative food and beverage products to market.
• Develop and manage strong supplier relationships to unlock value, improve collaboration, and drive sustainability.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain and market risks, safeguarding business continuity.
• Collaborate with the wider Group to deliver sourcing synergies across FMCG and food manufacturing operations.

About You

• Proven procurement expertise within food ingredients, commodities, or FMCG manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years’ experience in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, able to influence senior leaders and suppliers.
• Commercially astute, proactive, and passionate about innovation, ethical sourcing, and sustainability.
