The role supports compliance with public procurement regulations and internal financial instructions.

Formación

• CIPS Full Member status required or equivalent procurement certification.
• Experience of managing staff and developing teams to meet service needs.
• Ability to manage workload, delegate tasks and prioritise work load.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Black Country Pathology Procurement activity and related commercial projects across NHS bodies.
• Lead the Black Country Pathology Procurement Team within NMBC.
• Develop and lead on commercial strategies and key commodity areas for the Trust and its customers.
• Provide timely, accurate procurement advice to Trust committees and meetings on business-critical matters.
