Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive procurement experience.
• Degree in business/commercial discipline preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office Suite.
• HR shared services experience preferred.
• End-to-end procurement lifecycle, negotiations and contract evaluations.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• High integrity and strong ethics.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full procurement cycle from enquiry to contract execution and amendments.
• Implement and ensure compliance with procurement procedures and policies.
• Develop contractual strategies and tender documentation with requesting units.
• Commercially evaluate bids and coordinate technical tender evaluations.
• Participate in meetings to resolve contractual and commercial issues.
• Negotiate terms, identify risks, and communicate implications for decisions.
• Provide post-award interpretation of contract terms and support.
• Mentor procurement advisors and create training plans for new joiners.
• Liaise with suppliers to monitor market conditions and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with policies, directives, and HSE standards.
