Job summary

The Crowd in London seeks an experienced Procurement and Framework Manager to lead public sector framework activity and build a strategic portfolio across the UK. You will collaborate with sector leads, regional teams and partners, driving social value standards and ensuring compliant, efficient procurement processes within a design‑led practice.

A successful candidate will bring governance, supplier management, and bid management expertise to support growth in a creative studio environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in public sector procurement and procurement frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of UK procurement act and related legislation.
• Experience supporting bids, tenders, and framework submissions.
• Understanding of social value requirements and standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for existing procurement frameworks with regular engagement to providers.
• Understand the business pipeline and market position.
• Identify opportunities for new frameworks and purchasing systems.
• Represent the practice at networking events, meetings and industry workshops.
• Build and maintain relationships with sector leads and suppliers.
• Document procurement frameworks and appointed frameworks.
• Monitor activity and maintain records of agreements and key dates.
• Oversee data management and compliance for frameworks.
• Lead pipeline reviews and support bids and proposals.
