Job summary

Synthomer is seeking a Senior Procurement Data & Insights Analyst to shape procurement strategy with advanced analytics, automation, and market intelligence. You will design data models, build reporting pipelines, and deliver Power BI dashboards used by Procurement, Finance and senior leadership.

The role focuses on transforming data from ERP and external sources into actionable insights, driving automation, and enabling strategic decision-making across global operations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building data models and ETL across multiple sources.
• Advanced Power BI with DAX and Power Query.
• Excellent SQL skills with large, complex datasets.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including Power Pivot.
• Experience creating dashboards and analytics for decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Automation and AI to improve processes and insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data models, reports and automated pipelines.
• Transform data from ERP, market intel and external datasets into insights.
• Develop Power BI dashboards used by Procurement, Finance and leadership.
• Create risk, forecasting and market analytics to guide decisions.
• Drive automation using Power Automate and AI tools.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
• Mentor colleagues to raise analytical capability across the team.
