Anglian Water Services Ltd. in Peterborough is seeking a Programme & Portfolio Manager to lead planning, governance, and performance of key capital investment portfolios within our Alliances.

You will drive delivery excellence, manage risk, and ensure alignment with customer priorities and ODI incentives. You will collaborate across internal teams and external partners, championing TOTEX and innovation while embedding robust assurance processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in portfolio/programme management within a complex, capital‑intensive environment.
• Degree-level education or equivalent with MSP or MoP qualifications.
• Strong stakeholder management, risk handling and performance delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio planning across alliances to minimise customer disruption.
• Drive delivery strategies including bundling and constraint planning.
• Chair Portfolio Boards and ensure governance and risk management.
• Engage senior leaders and delivery partners to align with ODI targets.
• Embed TOTEX-first mindset and drive continuous improvement.
