Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Accountable for leading delivery excellence across strategic transformation on behalf of Arch Insurance International:
  2. Responsible for leading a team of delivery experts (c.10 FTE depending on demand) in end-to-end Project and Solution Management, from Initiation to Release, across all of Arch Insurance International’s strategic initiatives.
  3. Lead Business Outcome Management through establishing OKRs and metrics (costs, time, quality) to measure success, collaborating with Portfolio Management.
  4. Establish and embed a Testing Strategy for strategic initiatives, ensuring controls before releasing changes into Business as Usual.
  5. Oversee data outputs from initiatives to support reporting and governance.
  6. Provide adhoc support to Demand and Project Management to maintain high standards.
  7. Serve as a point of escalation for Project Managers and unblock risks.
  8. Work with Portfolio Management to identify and address resistance to change.
  9. Collaborate to ensure strategic initiatives are adequately resourced with a comprehensive resource plan.
  10. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, delivery teams, and the business.
  11. Mentor and develop team members, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
  12. Guide and evaluate team members' goals and performance.
  13. Lead and manage a diverse team across locations.
