Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy, policy or transformation.
• Experience advising senior leaders and producing strategic reports.
• Strong understanding of public policy and local government.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review corporate strategies and policies.
• Prepare reports, briefings and presentations for senior leaders and elected Members.
• Analyses data, research and policy developments.
• Engage with residents, partners and internal services.
• Provide strategic recommendations and options appraisals.
• Support transformation, innovation and organisational improvement.
• Manage projects and mentor/line manage a Strategy Lead.
