Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a PMO Manager to act as the operational engine of the Technology and Transformation Portfolio. You will establish and maintain portfolio governance, oversee demand tracking and support informed decisions with accurate reporting and insight.

The role requires strong governance discipline, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement to drive effective project delivery across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as PMO Manager, Portfolio PMO or Portfolio Governance.
• Experience supporting complex transformation or change portfolios.
• Strong portfolio reporting, planning and organisational skills.
• Experience designing and operating governance frameworks and controls.
• Financial management, budget tracking and forecasting experience.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tool expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee demand management and prioritisation across initiatives.
• Maintain a transparent demand pipeline and governance forums.
• Support business case development including benefits, costs and risks.
• Produce portfolio reporting and executive updates for decision-making.
• Coordinate governance forums and ensure timely decision-making.
• Manage RAID logs, decision logs and portfolio artefacts.
• Support annual portfolio planning and resource forecasting.
• Lead small to medium Technology projects as capacity permits.
