Job summary

Electica in London seeks a senior Project Manager to lead major UK government projects and manage relationships with key stakeholders. You will act as the interface between senior clients and delivery teams, ensuring complex, multi-year initiatives achieve excellence.

You will coach a small PM team, establish governance, and drive delivery with a focus on accountability and compliant engagement in governmental contexts. Hybrid work includes 3 days in Shoreditch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years project management experience
• At least 1 year leading complex projects
• Proven accountability for delivery and commercial outcomes
• Excellent communication in governmental contexts
• Ability to obtain UK government security clearance (citizenship required)

Responsibilities

• Lead one large long-term government project and multiple smaller projects
• Manage client relationships and act as strategic advisor
• Guide project lifecycle from initiation to delivery and billing
• Coordinate delivery teams to ensure timely, accurate invoicing
• Set standards for project operations and management across the team
