Job summary

Charterhouse Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex customer projects within its technology portfolio, mainly focusing on Unified Communications and Connectivity. You will own delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, timelines, budget and quality are met while maintaining a positive customer experience across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex technology projects within an MSP, telecommunications, systems integrator or IT services environment.
• Strong track record delivering multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience managing project budgets, commercial risk and margin performance.
• Experience working directly with enterprise and mid-market customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects across technologies, locations and stakeholders.
• Establish governance, delivery plans, milestones and success measures.
• Ensure delivery on time, within scope and within budget with quality standards.
• Coordinate internal resources, third-party suppliers and customer stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive successful customer outcomes while maintaining strong relationships.
• Own project financial performance from initiation through closure and support billing activities.
• Chair governance meetings and provide clear progress, risks and decisions.
