Job summary

Marcura is seeking a Senior Product Leader to own the corporate experience and B2B payments domain end-to-end. The role involves shaping how corporates transact, scaling the platform, and driving sustainable revenue with direct impact on customer outcomes.

The candidate will lead strategy and execution, partner with engineering, and prioritize improvements in payouts reliability, reconciliation, and FX margins. High-visibility role with ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Strong grounding in analytical thinking, systems design, or technical disciplines.
• Experience operating in cross-functional product teams and shipping complex products in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate experience and B2B payments domain end-to-end, including strategy and roadmap.
• Lead strategy, economics, and execution to drive revenue and platform scale.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver resilient, scalable payments functionality.
• Improve payment performance, settlement speed, and integration coverage at scale.
• Work with risk, compliance, treasury, and operations to meet regulatory requirements.
• Define goals and success measures for the domain and maintain a market-driven roadmap.
