Qualifications

• Experience of working as a Planner or Planning Manager.
• Experience of addressing the public and council officers in a forum.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day planning advice on residential and mixed-use schemes.
• Work with the Strategic Land Team to identify suitable strategic sites.
• Prepare and submit planning applications and reports.
