You’ll own day-to-day campaign delivery, build strong client partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise plans, budgets and performance. A proactive, strategic thinker with leadership potential will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience developing media strategies across multiple channels (digital, broadcast, emerging platforms).
• Ability to translate business objectives into effective media plans for clients.
• Strong campaign management skills with budgets, timelines and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of integrated media plans aligned with client objectives and measurable impact.
• Own day-to-day campaign delivery from brief to execution and optimisation.
• Build trusted client relationships, acting as a senior planning partner and advisor.
• Identify proactive opportunities to strengthen campaign performance and value.
• Collaborate with specialist teams, agency partners and suppliers to deliver connected solutions.
• Coach and develop team members with clear feedback and development conversations.
• Contribute to the wider agency community by sharing best practice and industry initiatives.
