Qualifications

• Requires strong planning expertise and ability to translate insights into media strategy.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple workstreams.
• Comfort with PCA data and channel brief development.

• Ability to coach and develop junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and activation workstreams with specialist teams and ensure status visibility to clients.
• Translate insights into actionable channel briefs and media plans.
• Develop and escalate solutions for campaign issues with SLT and cross-functional teams.
• Build trusted client relationships and represent Havas’ offering.
• Set clear objectives and KPIs for team members and monitor performance.
