Job description

Would you like to join us on a mission to tackle the housing crisis in the East of England? We're Flagship Homes, a social housing provider with a big heart and a real passion for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion. Not only will you be part of something truly meaningful, but you'll also enjoy fair pay and some pretty great perks.

We're all about our people and our customers. We live and breathe our values - Great People Doing Great Things, Relentlessly Improving Performance, Spending Money Wisely, and delivering top-notch customer service.

We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Strategic Planning Analyst. This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

This role is working from our King Street office, in Norwich. The role comes with Agile Working.

As a Strategic Planning Analyst, you will provide strategic analysis to support teams in implementing investment plans for Flagship’s housing stock, identifying areas of weakness in business models and processes to improve overall group efficiency. You will excel in breaking down complex, raw data into manageable components, enabling precise analysis and aiding in business planning and prioritisation based on expected outcomes.

Collaborating closely with the broader Asset department, you’ll endeavour to comprehend and capture pivotal data attributes. This data is instrumental in crafting reports and systems that fortify our service delivery while offering recommendations regarding the future of both individual assets and groups of assets. You’ll specialise in designing project-specific reports that ensure program compliance and successful delivery.

Applications are welcomed for the role of Strategic Planning Analyst from those with proficiency in diverse IT systems (e.g., Excel, Word, Power BI on Microsoft and Apple platforms).

You must be skilled in innovative data analysis and visualisation, effectively communicating findings to influence decisions. Being organised, adept at prioritising and planning project tasks, working efficiently under pressure and meeting deadlines.

It’s desirable but not essential that you hold a degree in Mathematics or Computer Science and have relevant experience. However, you will need a full valid driving license.

In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £28,500 per annum and a benefits package that includes:

  • 25 days annual leave (increasing to 28 days with length of service), with the ability to buy and sell leave.
  • Access to the Flagship Rewards Scheme offering savings on groceries and VIP rewards.
  • Death in Service Benefit.
  • Company Sick Pay.
  • An agile working environment to achieve a healthy work/life balance.

and that’s not all! We’re also proud to offer:

  • Opportunities for development (including apprenticeships, our Academy, and various training options).
  • Health and well-being programs and initiatives.
  • Empowerment (we give you the tools and systems to make the right decisions for resolving issues).
  • A Leadership Team that inspires, develops, and supports you.
